  Contact our dedicated support team via email with your order number and reason for return to receive your Return Authorization.

  Secure Packaging

  Carefully pack your items in their original packaging, ensuring all components and manuals are included to prevent damage during transit.

  Scheduled Collection

  For large reformer units, we will coordinate a specialized courier pickup; for smaller items, a prepaid shipping label will be provided.

  Quality Inspection & Refund

  Once our technicians verify the item's condition at our warehouse, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
